1. Blogerka musiała usunąć implanty

Brittany Noonan prowadzi bloga o macierzyństwie i zdrowym stylu życia.

•BREASTFEEDING• Some of my most precious and most proudest moments as a mama are during my #breastfeeding journey but also some of the most challenging too. What a journey, our bodies are amazing! Being so depended upon can be hard but it’s also extremely rewarding. If I could give anyone any advice it would be: • comfort feeding and feeding on demand is natural and beneficial for both baby and mum. • it is natural and more than OK to feed your baby to sleep and cuddle them while they nap. You won’t break or spoil them. • do lots of skin to skin feeds in the early days it really helps with bonding and latching. • seek help from a lactation consultant or many of them if you need. • give your body and boobies 6-8 even more weeks to truly adjust. • trust your body. A lot of the time it knows what to do even though we doubt it. • if it’s not right for you, or you’re unable to that’s okay too - every body and baby is different and it doesn’t define your worth. Millie preferred formula and I’m more than okay with that, I actually wish I let her have a bottle earlier as it caused more stressed and anxiety than necessary.❤️ I’m no expert but if you ever have any questions I’m always here or even if you just want to chat because it can feel lonely and all consuming especially for us mamas who choose to feed to sleep and comfort feed. Anyone else got any tips or advice for breastfeeding? Leave them below so all the mums and mums to be can see them... #breastfed #normalizebreastfeeding #mommyandme momandbaby #newmom #newborn #newbaby #babygirl

W piersi doszło do pęknięcia wewnątrz torebkowego.

"Mniej mgły mózgowej, mniej fizycznych objawów lęku, mniej bólu pleców i ramion, głębszy i wyraźniejszy oddech oraz poczucie wolności i więcej ruchu w ciele" – opisywała.

It’s been 5 months since my #explant and lift surgery! Many people ask me how I knew I had #breastimplantillness and I guess all I can say is that I just knew something wasn’t right. I first heard about “breast implant illness” about 5 years ago when someone mentioned it to me as his wife had suffered and had great results from explanting herself. At the time I thought he was crazy but for some reason I couldn’t shake what he told me because so much of it related to me and over the next 4 or so years I continually went back and forth in my mind, asked questions and researched everything I could. Fast forward to 2019 and I knew in my body that some thing was not right. Fatigue, brain fog, never ending back, neck and shoulder pain, physical anxiety symptoms when I didn’t feel mentally anxious, unexplained hair loss (alopecia) and finally an ache/pain in my breast. I knew that there had to be something more to what was happening. I sought answers. I had a breast ultra sound and MRI which showed an intracapsular rupture actually in the other breast to where the pain was. The decision was already made for me by this rupture but I booked to have my implants removed. Since having them removed I definitely feel different. Less brain fog, less physical anxiety symptoms, less back neck and shoulder pain, deeper and clearer breathing and a sense of freedom and more movement in my body. Since #BII is something doctors don’t recognise yet I can’t say for sure if I had it but I do personally believe some people’s bodies reject these foreign objects. I actually feel more comfortable in my own body without them. They served a purpose when I got them but now I know I don’t need them to make me feel worthy. Since speaking about this topic I’ve had so many women tell me they have or are planning on getting them removed. If you’re worried about your implants I suggest chatting to other women who have explanted but also finding a surgeon who is on your side and will recognise your beliefs. At the end of the day it’s your body so don’t let anyone tell you that you you don’t know what’s going on. You know your body! #explant #breastlift #bodylove

And the saddest truth is that society has told us that our postpartum body is not worthy of celebration until it has “bounced back.” As if the beauty is in going back to what is was before, when the real truth is that it should be celebrated for what it’s become and what it’s achieved. Creating human life is simply amazing and not something we should have to hide and rush to erase from our bodies. I love that over time we are seeing more postpartum bodies in all their glory thanks to social media. Before I had Millie I had honestly never seen a postpartum body beside my own mothers. I believe it is so important for our children, others, young women and even men to understand and respect a postpartum body so that the new mother can feel less pressure to “bounce back” and more empowered to soak in the baby days and care for her baby and herself and with respect and love. #postpartum #selflove #selfrespect #postbaby #newmon #breastfeeding #breastfed
